BP1.2-12BP Series B.B. Battery VRLA Battery is a 12V maintenance-free lead-acid battery. Its nominal capacity is 1.2 Ah at a 20-hour rate, 1.14 Ah at a 10-hour rate, and 1.02 Ah at a 5-hour rate. This battery uses an opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, with the battery cover firmly connected to the shell, ensuring the tightness of the terminal area. Its terminal type is standard T1. This sturdy structural design not only effectively prevents leakage and eliminates free electrolytes but also supports both vertical and horizontal installation methods, providing great flexibility for equipment integration.
During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design ensures the battery's fire and explosion safety at high levels and is an ideal choice for applications requiring high reliability. Both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a paste-like coating, combined with valve-regulated sealing technology, achieving true maintenance-free operation, and users do not need to supplement the electrolyte. In addition, the battery has low self-discharge characteristics, with a monthly self-discharge rate of less than 3%, facilitating long-term storage.
In terms of performance and lifespan, BP series batteries are expected to have a service life of 8 to 10 years under normal usage conditions, complying with Eurobat's standards for long-life batteries.
