Battery, offering overall voltage options of 4V, 6V, and 12V, with a wide capacity range from 1.0Ah to 230Ah to meet diverse power requirements. This battery is equipped with an opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic case, ensuring excellent physical protection and durability. The battery cover is tightly connected to the case, with a reliable seal at the terminal area to effectively prevent intrusion by external factors. Terminal designs vary according to specific series and models to accommodate different connection needs.During the production process, the electrolyte is precisely filled through six holes on the battery cover, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This key design not only ensures high-level fire and explosion safety but also enables the battery to achieve an expected service life of 8-10 years under normal operating conditions. As a member of this series, the BP200-12 model is a 12V maintenance-free valve-regulated lead-acid battery. Its core advantage lies in requiring no daily water replenishment at all, featuring a truly leak-proof design with no free electrolyte inside, ensuring safe and worry-free use. The battery has an extremely low self-discharge rate, less than 3% per month, and can still maintain sufficient charge after long-term storage.It supports flexible installation, can operate stably in both vertical and horizontal positions, and is equipped with a carrying handle for easy handling. Both positive and negative plates use a paste coating process to ensure stable electrochemical performance. The battery is internally integrated with a per-cell fire protection device, further enhancing overall safety. In terms of technical parameters, the nominal capacity of BP200-12 is 200Ah at 20-hour rate, 190Ah at 10-hour rate, and 170Ah at 5-hour rate, providing a clear reference for applications with different discharge rate requirements.
