EB50-12EB Series B.B. Battery VRLA battery is a 12V fully sealed lead-acid battery with a capacity ranging from 12 to 80Ah. As a member of the EB series, it is a low-maintenance, long-cycle-life rechargeable battery, highly suitable for applications with high power reliability requirements. The battery shell is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic to ensure durability; the battery cover is tightly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is reliably sealed to effectively prevent leakage. The terminal design varies according to the specific model, balancing safety and connection convenience.
During the manufacturing process, the electrolyte is precisely filled through six filling holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a dedicated pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only enables maintenance-free operation (eliminating the need for users to add water regularly) but also ensures a free-acid state through efficient internal gas recombination, fundamentally eliminating the risk of leakage and providing high-level fire and explosion safety protection.
