This series of batteries is produced as an integrated unit with a wide capacity range from 7 to 70 Ah, specifically designed for high-power and high-cycle usage scenarios. EVP35-12 has a nominal capacity of 35 Ah at the 20-hour rate, with a 5-hour rate capacity of 29.75 Ah and a 30-minute rate capacity reaching 21.9 Ah, demonstrating strong instant power supply capability, suitable for applications requiring instant high-power output.
This battery is equipped with an opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, with a sturdy and durable structure.The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage, achieving the characteristics of no free acid and leak-proof. The terminal design is flexible; the standard configuration is a B7-type terminal located at position 8, and an I2-type terminal is also available as an optional configuration, providing installation convenience for users. Six holes on the battery cover are used for electrolyte filling during production, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only ensures a high level of fire and explosion safety but also achieves true maintenance-free operation through efficient internal gas recombination technology, requiring no water addition throughout its entire service life.
