This battery is manufactured as a 12V unit, with a nominal capacity of 159Ah at the 10-hour rate, 155Ah at the 8-hour rate, and a guaranteed 102.1Ah even at high-rate discharge at the 1-hour rate, ensuring continuous power supply under various load requirements. Its case is made of sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic, combined with a ribbed design, effectively maintaining the battery's structural integrity, allowing it to be safely installed in horizontal and vertical positions to adapt to different spatial layouts.
The FTB series is specially developed for telecommunications applications, with its core advantage lying in the front-end design. The terminals are located on the front of the battery, greatly facilitating the arrangement of battery packs and subsequent maintenance, allowing seamless integration into standard 19-inch or 23-inch cabinets and racks, especially suitable for central computer rooms and broadband network equipment configured with 48VDC. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure high safety. Both positive and negative plates use the paste process, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, achieving efficient gas recombination and reducing electrolyte loss.
Safety is always a top priority.During the production process, the battery is filled with electrolyte through six holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material is installed. This one-way self-sealing safety valve not only ensures long service life but also provides high-level fire and explosion safety. The equipped flame arrester further enhances usage safety.
