Product details
In data centers and emergency power supply systems, a stable and reliable backup power source is the core to ensure business continuity. As a 12V integrated valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery, the HRL33-12HRL series, with its excellent performance and wide applicability, has become the cornerstone of power protection for numerous critical application scenarios. It has a wide power coverage range, with each battery capable of providing a power output of 132 to 5205 watts, which can flexibly adapt to the uninterrupted power needs from small and medium-sized equipment to large systems.
The structural design of this battery balances durability and safety. Its outer shell is made of high-strength impact-resistant ABS plastic, which is sturdy and opaque.Battery cover and shell are integrated through firm connection, and specially sealed in the terminal area, effectively preventing electrolyte leakage and external contamination. Terminal design varies according to specific models, providing users with flexible connection options. During production, electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover. After filling, special pressure relief valves are installed in these holes. These valves are made of non-combustible materials and can automatically release gas when internal pressure is abnormal, ensuring the battery has high-level fire and explosion prevention safety performance.
The plate process inside the battery is the key to excellent performance. Both positive and negative plates undergo special paste coating treatment. Combined with Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, efficient internal oxygen recombination is achieved, truly making the battery maintenance-free, so users don't need to worry about daily water addition. This technology also ensures no free acid inside the battery, fundamentally eliminating the risk of leakage. The battery has an extremely low self-discharge rate; monthly capacity loss is less than 3% when stored at room temperature, and it can still maintain sufficient charge after long-term storage. Its installation flexibility is also a highlight, supporting horizontal and vertical installation (inversion is prohibited), which provides great convenience for space layout within cabinets or equipment.
Model HRL33-12 is a representative product of this series, specially designed for high-rate discharge scenarios. Under short-time high-power discharge rates of 5 to 15 minutes, its power density is about 30% higher than traditional BP series batteries, meaning it can release stronger instantaneous power in the same volume, making it especially suitable for occasions requiring rapid response to large currents. The nominal voltage of this model is 12 volts, with a 10-hour rate capacity of 31 ampere-hours (Ah). The compact dimensions are 175 mm in length, 166 mm in width, and 123 mm in height, weighing approximately 10 kilograms, making it easy to handle and install. In terms of terminal types, in addition to the standard configuration, users can also choose optional terminal types such as T2 or I1 according to actual wiring needs.
In terms of performance parameters, the entire HRL series batteries can provide extremely high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode. For example, under the condition of discharging to 1.3 volts per cell for 15 minutes continuously, the discharge power ranges from 132 to 5205 watts per battery, making it an ideal choice for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) applications, especially recommended for occasions with backup time not exceeding 60 minutes. The battery capacity ranges widely from 5.5 Ah to 215 Ah, depending on different discharge rate standards such as C2, C10, C20, etc. More importantly, under normal working conditions, the expected service life of this series of batteries is as long as 12 years, meeting Eurobat's definition of long-life batteries and providing users with long-term investment returns.
Due to its reliability and strong adaptability, the HRL series batteries have an extremely wide range of application scenarios. It is an ideal power solution for medium and low power uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), data processing centers, telecommunications networks, power industry control systems, as well as emergency lighting and security video surveillance systems. Meanwhile, it is also widely used in access control systems, building management systems, various medical electronic devices, and energy storage units for renewable energy such as solar and wind energy. Furthermore, it can be seen providing stable power supply in remote sites for oil and gas extraction, country villas, backup power for hotels and shops, and even auxiliary power sources for electric vehicles.
