Its shell is made of sturdy opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring the battery's durability in various environments. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage and external contamination. The terminal design varies depending on the battery type, providing flexible options.
During the production process, six filling holes on the battery cover are used to fill the electrolyte, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only ensures the internal pressure balance of the battery during high-rate discharge but also significantly improves the fire and explosion safety rating of the product, providing additional safety protection for users. The positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with special paste-like coatings, optimizing the electrochemical reaction efficiency.
