BP33-12 Standard Type is a standard model in the BP series VRLA valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries of B.B. Battery. This 12V integrated design battery is a reliable core for various backup and emergency power systems. Its nominal capacity is 33 Ah (20-hour rate), which can provide stable and long-lasting power support for equipment and is suitable for application scenarios requiring backup time of 30 minutes or longer. The battery adopts a sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, with the battery cover firmly connected to the shell and the terminal area sealed, ensuring a reliable structure.The top-mounted B7 type column terminal facilitates connection, while the filling hole on the battery cover is sealed by a dedicated pressure relief valve after production. These pressure relief valves, made of non-flammable materials, effectively release internal pressure, providing high-level fire and explosion safety. Meanwhile, they achieve true maintenance-free and leak-proof characteristics, with no need to add electrolyte during use and no risk of free electrolyte leakage.
In terms of performance, BP33-12 demonstrates excellent practicality. Its low self-discharge rate is less than 3% per month, meaning it can retain charge better during storage. Inside the battery, both positive and negative plates are coated with a special paste, ensuring stable electrochemical performance.According to Eurobat standards, BP series batteries have an expected service life of up to 8 to 10 years under normal usage conditions.
