The battery's shell is made of sturdy and durable impact-resistant ABS plastic, with the battery cover tightly connected to the shell and reliably sealed at the terminal area, ensuring the safety and stability of the overall structure. Its terminal design varies according to the specific model; BP4-12 is standardly equipped with T1 type terminals, and T2 type terminals can be optionally selected as needed to meet diverse connection requirements.During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through the six filling holes on the battery cover, and then a dedicated pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed.
