The BP series B.B. Battery VRLA batteries offer an overall design in 4V, 6V, and 12V, covering a wide range of capacity requirements from 1.0Ah to 230Ah. Taking the BP5-6 model as an example, this 6V battery has a nominal capacity of 5Ah at a 20-hour rate. Its compact size makes it excellent for various space-constrained applications, with dimensions of 70mm (length) x 48mm (width) x 102mm (height), total height 107mm, and a weight of only 0.905kg. The battery case is made of sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly integrated with the case, and the terminal area is well-sealed, ensuring high reliability.The terminal design provides T1 standard type with a fixed position, and T2 type is also available as an option to meet different connection requirements.
During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six holes on the battery cover, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only achieves maintenance-free operation without the need for water refilling but also ensures a high level of leak-proof performance, with no free electrolyte, significantly enhancing fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates use a paste coating process. Combined with low self-discharge characteristics (monthly self-discharge rate less than 3%), it effectively extends the battery's readiness time during storage.The battery supports vertical or horizontal installation, providing great flexibility for equipment integration.
