The EP26-12 EP Series B.B. Battery VRLA battery is a 12V integrated sealed lead-acid battery, part of the EP Series product line. This series offers a wide range of capacities from 7Ah to 100Ah, meeting diverse power requirements. This battery features a low-maintenance design and is renowned for its excellent cycle life. Under normal operating conditions, EP Series batteries can provide up to 2000 deep cycles, ensuring long-term reliable power supply.
The battery case is made of durable, impact-resistant ABS plastic, effectively protecting the internal structure.The battery cover is tightly connected to the case, and the terminal area undergoes special sealing treatment, offering excellent leak-proof performance. It features a free-acid-free design, fundamentally eliminating the risk of leakage. Terminal type and position are configured according to specific models. EP26-12 is standard with Type B1 terminals (Position 7), and Type T2 or I1 terminals (Position 9) are also available as options, providing users with flexible connection solutions. Its compact dimensions are 175 mm (6.89 inches) in length, 166 mm (6.54 inches) in width, and 125 mm (4.92 inches) in height, with a net weight of approximately 9.6 kg (21.17 lbs), facilitating installation and integration in various spaces.
Technically, the EP26-12 adopts advanced Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology. This technology enables efficient recombination of internal gases, making the battery truly maintenance-free without the need for electrolyte addition throughout its entire service life. The battery top cover is equipped with six process holes for electrolyte filling during production, and special pressure relief valves are installed after completion. These valves are made of non-combustible materials, which can safely release gas when internal pressure is abnormal, providing a high level of fire and explosion protection safety.
The electrical performance of this battery is balanced and powerful.Its nominal capacity is 26Ah at the 20-hour rate (C20), 22.1Ah at the 5-hour rate (C5), and still provides 13Ah at high-rate discharge such as the 30-minute rate, demonstrating its ability to deliver high power output. Both positive and negative plates are coated with specially formulated lead paste, combined with AGM technology, which together endow the battery with excellent high cycle ability and stable service life.
Installation flexibility is another outstanding advantage of the EP26-12. The battery can be safely installed in horizontal or vertical positions (inversion is only prohibited), which greatly facilitates the internal space layout of the equipment.
