B.B. Battery VRLA EP28-12EP Series Lead-Acid Battery is a maintenance-free battery that adopts absorbent glass fiber separator technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, requiring no water addition throughout its service life. This leak-proof design without free acid ensures user safety and convenience. Meanwhile, its sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic case is firmly connected to the battery cover, and the terminal area is also sealed, providing excellent reliability. The six holes on the battery cover are used for filling electrolyte during production, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials, which ensures the battery has a high level of fire and explosion safety.
EP28-12 battery is designed for high-load cyclic applications. Both positive and negative plates are coated with a special paste-like coating, providing excellent high power output capability and high cycle capability. The nominal capacity is 28Ah at 20-hour rate, 23.8Ah at 5-hour rate, and 14Ah at 30-minute rate. This wide capacity range allows it to adapt to various different discharge rate requirements. Thanks to its design, the battery can provide long-term service with up to 2000 cycles under normal usage conditions, with an expected service life of 5-7 years. Its flexible design allows the battery to be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (excluding inversion), providing great convenience for equipment integration.
