The HR22-12HR series B.B. Battery VRLA battery has a 6V or 12V integrated design, providing a wide power range from 96W to 1800W to meet various power requirements. Its case is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic, with the battery cover tightly connected to the case and specially sealed at the terminal area to ensure structural stability and safety. Six filling holes on the battery cover are used for electrolyte filling during the production process, followed by the installation of a dedicated pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials, which significantly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety ratings.Both positive and negative plates use a paste coating process, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, achieving high gas recombination efficiency. This ensures the battery is maintenance-free while eliminating the risk of acid leakage.
This battery is optimized for high-rate discharge scenarios and can provide extremely high specific output power in short-time discharge modes, making it particularly suitable for applications with backup times within 60 minutes. Its discharge power can reach 96 to 1800W per battery under the condition of 15 minutes to 1.3V per cell, and its power density at 5 to 15 minutes discharge rates is 30% higher than the traditional BP series, demonstrating excellent performance.The battery supports horizontal and vertical installation (except inversion), providing great flexibility for equipment integration. Under normal operating conditions, HR series batteries have an expected service life of up to 10 years, meeting the standard definition of long-life batteries by Eurobat.
In terms of capacity, the series offers multiple options from 4 Ah to 75 Ah. Specific capacity values such as C2, C10, C20, etc., depend on different discharge rate standards.
