HR40-12 Standard Type is a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery from B.B. Battery's HR series, known for its excellent reliability and broad applicability. This 12V battery features a sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, ensuring excellent physical protection and durability. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage. Its terminals are designed to meet B7 standards, facilitating safe and reliable electrical connections.During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a dedicated pressure relief valve made of incombustible materials. This design not only ensures maintenance-free operation without the need for regular water addition but also provides a high level of fire and explosion safety protection.
At the core of its technology, HR40-12 employs Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology, achieving efficient internal gas recombination, making it a truly leak-proof battery with no free acid. It can be safely installed in various orientations except inverted, including horizontal and vertical positions, providing great flexibility for system integration.Both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with high-performance paste-like active materials, optimally designed for high-rate discharge scenarios.
