GBC12/105 B.B. Battery, as a representative model of the Zelus GBC Series, is a Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid (VRLA) battery adopting advanced gel electrolyte technology. By mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume, it forms a fixed gel-like electrolyte, fundamentally solving the common electrolyte evaporation, spillage, and the resulting corrosion problems of traditional flooded batteries. Its unique GEL technology endows the product with excellent environmental adaptability, including stronger resistance to extreme temperatures, shocks, and vibrations. The battery's valve regulation system can safely and effectively discharge the internal gas generated, ensuring safe use.In terms of structure, it uses calcium instead of antimony in traditional lead plates, while maintaining excellent mechanical properties, significantly reducing gas generation. This GBC12/105 deep-cycle lead-acid battery is designed for applications requiring high reliability and long cycle life. It is developed with solid lead coating technology and gel electrolyte, aiming to provide maximum capacity and excellent deep discharge performance. It has good high-temperature stability, high mechanical strength, and extremely low acid displacement. The patented safety valve design can precisely control internal pressure, further extending the overall service life of the battery.Under normal operating conditions, the float charge service life of GBC series batteries can reach 12 years, and deep cycle usage can reach 2500 cycles. According to the Eurobat standard, it is classified as a long-life battery.
