It forms a stable and immobile gel - like electrolyte by mixing sulfuric acid with silica ash. This design almost completely eliminates the common electrolyte evaporation and overflow problems of traditional flooded batteries, thus effectively avoiding the corrosion problems caused by these phenomena. Meanwhile, the gel technology endows the battery with stronger environmental adaptability, enabling it to better resist the effects of extreme temperatures, shocks and vibrations.Its valve regulation system can safely discharge the gas generated inside the battery, ensuring the safety of use. In terms of structure, the battery uses calcium instead of antimony in traditional lead plates. This improvement, while retaining excellent mechanical properties, significantly reduces the tendency of gas evolution, making the battery more stable and durable.
