The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure the durability and leak-proof performance of the overall structure. The battery cover is designed with six filling holes for adding electrolyte during production, followed by the installation of a special pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design significantly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety ratings, providing additional safety protection for users.
In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a special paste-like coating, and high-efficiency Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) separator technology is used, which effectively promotes internal gas recombination, achieving true maintenance-free operation without the need for regular water addition.
