GBC12/180B.B. Battery belongs to the Zelus GBC Series and is a Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid (VRLA) Battery with gelified electrolyte. This technology forms a stable gel-like electrolyte by mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume, keeping it fixed and non-flowing. This GEL technology almost completely eliminates the common electrolyte evaporation and leakage issues of traditional flooded lead-acid batteries, thus avoiding the resulting corrosion and significantly enhancing the battery's ability to resist extreme temperatures, shocks, and vibrations. Its valve-controlled regulation system can safely discharge the internal generated gases.Compared with traditional unsealed wet batteries, the GBC series replaces antimony in lead plates with calcium, significantly reducing gas generation while maintaining excellent mechanical properties.
The series provides overall voltages of 6V or 12V, with a wide capacity range from 5.75 to 180 ampere-hours (Ah).
