The BPS200-12BPS series battery is a 12V integrated battery utilizing Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid (VRLA) technology, with capacities ranging from 5Ah to 230Ah to meet a wide range of requirements. The battery's shell is made of sturdy, durable, opaque, and impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring excellent physical protection. The battery cover is firmly bonded to the shell, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent leakage. The terminal design varies depending on the specific series and model; the standard terminal type for the BPS200-12 model is B9 with position code 13, and type I3 is also available as an option.
During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six pre-drilled holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a special pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material. This design not only ensures the safe release of internal battery pressure but also provides high-level fire and explosion-proof safety protection.
