BPS28-12 BPS series is a 12V integrated VRLA valve-regulated lead-acid battery produced by B.B. Battery. It is designed to be sturdy and durable, with a shell made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed, ensuring high structural integrity. The capacity range of this series of batteries is wide, from 5Ah to 230Ah, capable of meeting diverse power requirements.During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six holes on the battery cover, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only ensures an extremely low risk of fire and explosion but also achieves maintenance-free characteristics, where users do not need to add water additionally, and there is no free acid inside the battery, effectively preventing electrolyte leakage.
In terms of technology, the BPS28-12 model exhibits excellent performance parameters. Its nominal voltage is 12 volts, providing stable capacity output at different discharge rates, for example, the nominal capacity at a 20-hour rate is 28 Ah, at a 10-hour rate is 26.6 Ah, and at a 5-hour rate is 23.8 Ah.Both positive and negative plates are coated with a paste-like layer, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving efficient gas recombination, thereby significantly reducing the self-discharge rate, with a monthly capacity loss of less than 3%. The battery weighs approximately 9.6 kilograms, with a compact shape, measuring about 175 mm in length, 166 mm in width, and 125 mm in height, saving installation space for users. Its terminal design is flexible, with the standard type being B1 at position 7, and T2I1 as an optional type at position 9, facilitating various wiring configurations.
