BPS7-12BPS Series B.B. Battery VRLA Battery is a maintenance-free power solution using valve-regulated sealed lead-acid technology, produced with an integrated 12V voltage. It has a wide capacity range from 5Ah to 230Ah, meeting power requirements in various application scenarios. The battery case is made of sturdy and durable opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring physical protection in various environments. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case for integration, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent external interference.The specific design of the terminal varies according to the battery series and type, with good compatibility. During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of pressure relief valves made of non-combustible materials. These pressure relief valves are the core of the safety design; they not only ensure the internal pressure of the battery is within a safe range but also significantly enhance the product's fire and explosion protection safety level. Inside the battery, both the positive and negative plates use advanced paste coating technology, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology, to achieve efficient gas recombination, thus truly achieving maintenance-free operation.
