BPS40-12
BPS40-12 is a 12V 40Ah valve-regulated lead-acid battery of the BPS series under B.B. Battery. It adopts an impact-resistant ABS shell, is maintenance-free, leak-proof, and has a low self-discharge rate. BPS40-12 is a 12V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery of the BPS series, launched by B.B. Battery, with a capacity ranging widely from 5 to 230 ampere-hours, which can meet the power requirements of different application scenarios. This battery adopts an impact-resistant opaque ABS plastic shell, with a sturdy and durable structure. The battery cover is tightly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent leakage. The terminal design varies according to specific series and models, providing good adaptability.The six holes on the battery cover are used for electrolyte filling during the production process. After that, a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed. This design significantly improves the fire and explosion safety level of the battery, ensuring stable release of internal pressure in abnormal situations.
In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of the battery are made using the paste-filled process, combined with the absorbent glass fiber separator technology, which achieves efficient recombination of internal oxygen and hydrogen, thereby truly ensuring maintenance-free operation and eliminating the need for water addition throughout the entire service life.Meanwhile, the battery is free of free electrolyte, with excellent leak-proof performance, allowing safe installation and use in both horizontal and vertical directions, providing great flexibility for equipment integration.
