Zelus GB series batteries use valve - regulated sealed lead - acid technology with gel electrolyte, where sulfuric acid is mixed with silica fume to form a gel - like fixed substance, effectively preventing electrolyte evaporation and spillage and avoiding the common corrosion issues of traditional wet batteries. This design enables the battery to have stronger extreme temperature tolerance, impact, and vibration resistance, while the valve regulation system ensures safe gas discharge. The battery structure uses calcium to replace antimony in the lead plates, reducing gas release while maintaining mechanical properties and improving overall reliability.
The GB series provides an overall voltage of 6V or 12V, with a capacity range from 6.From 5Ah to 210Ah, it adapts to various installation requirements, including horizontal and vertical positions. In normal operating conditions, the battery has a service life of up to 12 years and can reach 2500 cycles, meeting the long-life requirements of the Eurobat standard.
