This series is a valve - regulated lead - acid (VRLA) battery with a gelled electrolyte. Its core technology involves mixing sulfuric acid with silica ash to form a gel - like and immobilized electrolyte. This unique GEL technology almost completely eliminates the common problems of electrolyte evaporation, overflow and the resulting corrosion in traditional flooded batteries, while endowing the battery with stronger environmental adaptability and durability. The GB series batteries utilize solid lead coating technology in their manufacturing and replace antimony in the lead plates with calcium. This improvement retains the excellent mechanical properties of lead - acid batteries while significantly reducing gas emissions during use. Combined with a precision patented safety valve system, it can accurately control internal pressure and effectively extend the overall service life of the battery. These characteristics collectively result in the battery's excellent deep discharge performance, outstanding high - temperature stability, high mechanical strength and extremely low risk of acid displacement, enabling it to have strong deep cycle and heavy load bearing capabilities. This series of batteries is provided in 6V or 12V integrated forms, with a wide capacity range from 6.5Ah to 210Ah, meeting power requirements of different scales. For example, the GB12/80 battery has a nominal voltage of 12V, a nominal capacity of 80Ah at a 20-hour rate, and 75Ah at a 10-hour rate. Its compact dimensions are approximately 329mm in length, 172mm in width, 214.5mm in height, with a total height of about 219mm and a net weight of approximately 29.5kg. This design supports flexible installation of the battery in both horizontal and vertical positions, facilitating equipment integration. Under normal operating conditions, GB series batteries are designed to have a service life of up to 12 years or achieve up to 2500 charge-discharge cycles, complying with Eurobat's definition of long-life batteries.
