The battery's shell is made of sturdy and durable opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, with the battery cover tightly integrated with the shell. The terminal area is strictly sealed, ensuring the overall structure's stability and safety.The terminal design varies according to the specific series and model. The battery cover on top has six filling holes for electrolyte filling during the production process. The dedicated pressure relief valve installed after completion is made of non-combustible materials, effectively releasing internal pressure, thus providing high-level fire and explosion safety protection. Inside the battery, both positive and negative plates are coated with a specially formulated paste-like coating, combined with the absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving efficient gas recombination. This greatly reduces water loss, making it truly maintenance-free without daily water replenishment.
