BPL40-12 is a high-performance maintenance-free product from B.B. Battery VRLA battery BPL series, providing stable and reliable power support in a 12V integrated form. The capacity range of this series of batteries is extensive, from 3.3 Ah to 210 Ah, capable of meeting power requirements in different scenarios. The shell of this battery is made of sturdy and durable opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring good physical protection.The battery cover is tightly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent leakage. The terminal design varies according to specific models, offering a standard B2 terminal type, and I1 or I2 types can be optionally equipped to meet different wiring requirements.
During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material. This key design not only enables maintenance-free operation without the need for regular water replenishment but also ensures the safe release of internal pressure through efficient gas recombination technology, thereby providing a high level of fire and explosion safety. It thus becomes a truly leak-proof, free of free acid safe power source.Both positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a specially formulated paste coating, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology, optimizing performance and lifespan.
BPL40-12 offers excellent installation flexibility, allowing horizontal or vertical installation, saving space and facilitating layout for users, but it should be noted that inversion is prohibited. Its low self-discharge rate allows the battery to retain more charge during storage.
