Battery VRLA Battery BPL210-12 is part of the BPL series, a 12V monolithic battery series with a wide capacity range from 3.3 Ah to 210 Ah, capable of meeting the power requirements of different applications. This battery adopts an opaque and impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, ensuring robust and durable physical properties. The battery cover is tightly integrated with the shell, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent leakage. The specific design of the terminals is adjusted according to the series and model to adapt to different connection needs. During production, the electrolyte is injected through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve.These pressure relief valves made of non-combustible materials and the equipped explosion-proof filters together provide high-level fire and explosion safety protection, and the installation of a flame arrester further ensures safe use.
In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a specially formulated paste coating, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology to achieve efficient gas recombination. This makes the battery completely maintenance-free throughout its entire service life, requiring no water replenishment, while ensuring no free acid and being a reliable leak-proof battery.
