BPL33-12 Finger Type is a 12V integrated sealed lead-acid battery in B.B. Battery VRLA battery series. This maintenance-free battery uses an opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic shell. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure high safety. Its design allows horizontal and vertical installation, providing flexibility for equipment integration.
At the technical core, BPL33-12 adopts positive and negative plates coated with paste, combined with the absorbent glass fiber separator technology.This technology achieves efficient gas recombination, enabling the battery to be truly maintenance-free with no need for water replenishment by users, while ensuring no free acid is present inside the battery and fundamentally eliminating the risk of leakage. The six holes on the battery cover are used for filling electrolyte during production, and then a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed, which greatly enhances the product's fire and explosion safety level. The battery has a low self-discharge rate, facilitating long-term storage.
Regarding service life and capacity, the expected service life of BPL33-12 under normal operating conditions is as long as 12 years, meeting the definition of a long-life battery by Eurobat. Its nominal capacity is 33Ah (20-hour rate), at 5-hour rate, 28.05Ah, and at a 30-minute rate it can reach 16.5Ah, making it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring backup support for 30 minutes or longer. The battery weighs approximately 11.5 kilograms, with a compact shape and size, making it easy to install. The standard terminal type is B7, located at the top.
