Its shell is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring durability; the battery cover is tightly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is completely sealed, effectively preventing leakage.The battery cover is designed with six liquid filling holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production. A pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is then installed. This design significantly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety, giving users greater peace of mind.
In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of the BPL7.5-12 battery both use the paste process, and the absorbent glass fiber separator technology is employed, achieving efficient gas recombination.
