BPL65 - 12 is a 12V valve - regulated lead - acid battery from B.B. Battery BPL Series, with a nominal capacity of 65Ah. This battery adopts an impact - resistant opaque ABS plastic shell, which is sturdy and durable in structure. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is well - sealed, ensuring the reliability of the overall structure. Its terminals are designed as standard B5 type, and type I2 can also be selected according to requirements. The installation position is flexible, which can adapt to different equipment interface requirements.
In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of BPL65 - 12 are coated with a specially formulated paste coating, and absorbent glass fiber separator technology is adopted.This technology not only achieves the efficient recombination of internal gas but also ensures the maintenance-free feature of the battery, requiring no water replenishment throughout its entire service life. At the same time, there is no free acid inside the battery, fundamentally eliminating the risk of leakage and enhancing the safety and convenience of use. The six filling holes on the battery cover are sealed with dedicated pressure relief valves after production. These valves, made of non-combustible materials, provide a high level of fire and explosion safety protection.

Its nominal capacity remains stable at different discharge rates, being 65Ah at a 20-hour rate and 55.25Ah, and it can still provide 32.5Ah of power at a high-rate discharge for 30 minutes.
