This battery adopts an opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic casing, with the battery cover firmly connected to the casing and the terminal area well-sealed, ensuring the overall structure is sturdy and safe. The battery cover is designed with six holes for electrolyte filling during production. After completion, a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed, which significantly improves the battery's fire and explosion safety ratings.
In terms of internal structure, both positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a paste-like coating, and absorbent glass fiber separator technology is adopted. This technology efficiently achieves internal gas recombination, making the battery truly maintenance-free. Users don't need to worry about electrolyte replenishment. It also ensures a free-acid state, effectively preventing leakage and enhancing usability and safety. The battery has an extremely low self-discharge rate, facilitating long-term storage. Installation flexibility is also a highlight, allowing installation in both horizontal and vertical directions, but note that inverted use is prohibited.
